2024 – Preparation of statistics for SEDMA members on an overview of the IVD market in Slovakia.

2024 – Since 2024, SEDMA has been a sponsor of the Professor Ivan Pechaný Award, which is awarded by the Committee of the Slovak Society of Clinical Biochemistry (SSKB) once every two years during the Congress of the Slovak Society of Clinical Biochemistry as the most significant professional event in the field for lifelong or long-term significant professional contribution to clinical biochemistry.

2022 – Preparation of a proposal to amend the legal regulation to Section 110b(2) of Act 369/2011 Coll. with justification and submission of this proposal in the interdepartmental comment procedure. The proposal was adopted, which means that class A in vitro diagnostic medical devices were exempted from the notification obligation.

2022 – Publication of the video MTE Code of Ethics for Business Practice and its sharing with professional societies SSKB and SHaTS.

2019 – Organizing a webinar MedTech Europe Code of Ethics in Practice for senior management and legal departments of healthcare facilities.

2019 – Adoption of the SEDMA Code of Ethics and establishment of the association's Ethics Committee.

2019 – Participation in the roundtable The Path of Healthcare: Co-financing and Clear Rules, which resulted in the signing of the Public Call for Co-financing of Healthcare addressed to the then Minister of Health, Minister of Finance, and Prime Minister.
